Payment
QUR Medical ApS accepts online payments via: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Maestro.
Payment will only be taken from your account once the physical item has been shipped or the virtual product has been created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
When paying by Visa Electron or Mastercard Debit (debit cards), payment will be reserved on your account in accordance with the terms and conditions of your account until we take or reject your payment.
All amounts given on our website are inclusive of VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

QUR Medical ApS uses a secure payments server which encrypts all data using SSL protocol which means that your data are secure and cannot be read by unauthorised parties.
QUR Medical ApS’s own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
Delivery
The delivery time for your order is normally between one and three business days.
Where we deliver: We only deliver products within Denmark.
QUR Medical ApS ships goods using the following service: PostNord – Private
Shipping is calculated on the basis of weight.
You can choose between home delivery or delivery to a local pick-up point for collection at your convenience.
You will always receive a track and trace number so that you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.
Right of withdrawal
All purchases made on our website are subject to a full 14-day right of withdrawal unless otherwise stated in your order.
The 14 day period begins from the day on which your order is delivered.
You must bear any return costs yourself.
Notice of withdrawal must be provided by no later than 14 days from the date of delivery and we must receive your withdrawal form within 14 days of such notice.
If you would like to exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete our standard purchase withdrawal form (cf. the form at the bottom of these terms and conditions) and send as an email attachment to info@qurmedical.com.
Condition of the item upon return
You are liable for any impairment in the value of the item due to any handling beyond what is necessary in order to determine the nature, properties and function of the item. This means that you may inspect the product in the same way as you would if shopping in a physical store.
If the item is used more extensively than what is described above, it shall be considered used and of impaired value. This means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you will be refunded a smaller fraction or none of the original purchase price. It is up to QUR Medical ApS to assess the condition of the item.
Warranty under consumer law
You are covered by a two-year warranty on products under the Danish Sale of Goods Act This applies to all faults in software, materials and manufacturing.
Claims pertaining to faults and deficiencies should be submitted to QUR Medical ApS within a reasonable timeframe following delivery of the good in question. In this regard, two months shall be considered a reasonable timeframe unless otherwise agreed. We will refund all reasonable shipping costs.
This warranty will be voided in the case of improper or non-standard operation of the product.
QUR Medical ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Customer & Privacy Policy
We do not resell personal data or transfer your personal data to others. Your data are simply registered in our customer directory. You can have your data deleted at any time.
In order to conclude an agreement with QUR Medical ApS, we require the following data:

We collect and store your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you.
Personal data are registered locally at QUR Medical ApS and stored for up to five years whereupon the data are deleted.
Whenever we collect personal data via our website, we ensure that this is always done on the basis of your express consent so that you are informed as to precisely what data are collected and for what purpose.
The CEO and employees of QUR Medical ApS have access to the data collected and stored about you.

Complaints
When making a complaint, please cite our email address (info@qurmedical.dk) and specify which website you used to make your purchase.
Complaints about products or services can be submitted to the Centre for Complaints Resolution at Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, DK-8800 Viborg.
You can lodge a complaint with the Centre for Complaints Resolution via the online portal for Nævnenes Hus (Link).
EU citizens living outside of the EU should lodge their complaint via the EU Commission’s online complaints platform.
