Many people find it difficult to tell that they have herpes 2 because it is taboo and is perceived by many as embarrassing and disgusting.

Herpes 2 can be a very stressful disease, so it is important that we look after each other. You can easily live a normal life, be in a relationship and have sex and have children even if you have herpes 2. But it is important that you take precautions to avoid herpes outbreaks and avoid spreading the infection.
